What needs to change.
By the time a customer says they're leaving, the warning signs have been in Salesforce for months: nobody has talked to them since spring, three cases are escalated, the only contact you know just left. Renewals live in a spreadsheet or someone's memory, so renewal opportunities get created late and miss the forecast. The easiest new revenue, customers who own one product but not the next or who are maxing out their licences, goes unnoticed. AI assistants can now research an account when someone asks, but the accounts nobody asks about are the ones that churn.
What it does.
- Health and churn risk: A health score on every account from your own signals (activity, cases, renewal date, contact coverage and, if you track them, usage or survey results), with the trend and the reasons in plain language, for example: "no meeting in 74 days, 2 escalated cases, renewal in 60 days"
- Renewal watch: What's renewing, for example in the next 30, 60, 90 or 120 days, wherever you track renewals, and which renewals have no opportunity yet
- Renewal opportunities: Prepares renewal opportunities on your schedule with the right products, amounts and owner, and creates them once you approve. If your quoting or revenue system already creates renewals, it watches them instead of duplicating them
- Expansion signals: Products similar customers own that this one doesn't, licences or usage near their limits, and support trends a higher tier would fix, each with the evidence behind it
- Playbook follow-ups: When an account turns at-risk, suggests a next step from your own playbooks ("Executive check-in", "Support review") and creates the follow-up task when the owner confirms
- Weekly digest: Each owner gets one list of what changed in their book: accounts that dropped, renewals with no opportunity, new expansion signals
Every account checked on your schedule, from the data you already have in Salesforce, with the results written where your team and your reports can see them.

Outcomes we target.
| Outcome | How we measure it | Typical 90-day target, tracked with you |
|---|---|---|
| Earlier warning | Days between first red flag and renewal date, for at-risk accounts | 30+ days earlier than today |
| Fewer surprises | Churned or downgraded accounts that were flagged beforehand | 70% |
| Renewals in the forecast on time | Renewal opportunities in place ≥ 90 days before end date | 95% |
| More expansion pipeline | New upsell and cross-sell opportunities from agent suggestions | +10–20% vs. prior quarter |
| Follow-through | At-risk accounts with a playbook task opened within 7 days | 80% |
| Adoption | Account managers and CSMs using the health view or digest weekly | 75% |
Targets are targets, not measured results or guarantees. Tracked with you during the 30-day support window and under a retainer after that.

You:Which of my accounts are at risk this month?
Agent:Four. Northwind is the most urgent: health dropped from 72 to 41 in three weeks. No logged contact in 68 days, two escalated cases, renewal on December 1, and no renewal opportunity yet. Want me to prepare the renewal and an executive check-in task?
You:Prepare the renewal.
Agent:Draft: 'Northwind: Renewal 2027', $88K USD, 3 products copied from the current contract, close date December 1, owner you, stage Renewal Identified. Confirm and I'll create it.
You:Mark Northwind as healthy so it stops showing up.
Agent:I can't override the score. I can snooze the alert for 14 days with a reason, which your manager will see. Want to do that?
Built for your org.
- We start by checking which signals your org really has. Not every company tracks usage or sentiment, and the score never pretends otherwise. Then we fit it to how you work: where your renewal dates live (contracts, opportunities, assets or your own objects), your segments, product catalogue, opportunity naming and stages, and playbook names, in your vocabulary. Each user only sees the accounts, deals and cases they can already see in Salesforce.
Installed as a package in your org, source visible to your admin.
Scheduled scoring uses no Flex Credits. Chat actions can consume Flex Credits. Agentforce testing, including sandbox tests, can consume requests and credits. We confirm metering against your licences.

if you already run a customer success platform, you probably don't need the health score. If you run CPQ or Revenue Management, renewal creation stays with them. If your team uses Salesforce in Claude or Account Research & Meeting Prep, they already have briefs, and we won't sell you those again. What's left is the part that has to happen without anyone asking: every account scored, every renewal caught, every expansion signal surfaced.
If your account teams use Salesforce's plugin for Claude, they already get account research, call prep, renewal prep and QBR decks on request. The health score, renewal status and expansion signals this agent writes are on the account. We configure and test the Claude skills to use the permitted score and summary fields when someone asks "brief me on Globex". Through Claude for Salesforce Teams we tune those briefs to your format and to the same signals. Claude for Salesforce Teams →
