§03The problem

What needs to change.

Every intake cycle, program officers open hundreds of applications to find the missing budget, the unsigned attestation or the applicant that was never eligible. Reviewer assignment happens in a spreadsheet. After awards go out, interim reports and disbursement milestones slip because nobody is watching the dates.

§04The work

What it does.

  • Checks every new application for completeness against your program's checklist: required answers, documents, budget, attestations
  • Pre-screens eligibility against your program criteria (geography, registration status, budget size, focus area) and explains each result. It recommends; your staff decide
  • Suggests reviewers based on expertise, workload and conflicts of interest, then assigns once you approve
  • Drafts reminders for staff approval before reports and milestones are due, and flags overdue ones
  • Summarizes awards and disbursements: what's been paid, what's scheduled, what's on hold and why
  • Answers questions like "which grants in the Youth program have overdue reports?" in plain language
§05Fixed scope

§06Targets

Outcomes we target.

OutcomeHow we measure itTypical 90-day target, tracked with you
Faster intake triageStaff time from submission to "ready for review"−40 to −60%
Fewer incomplete applications reaching reviewApplications sent back after review starts−50%
Faster reviewer assignmentDays from "ready for review" to all reviewers assignedFrom days to under 1 day
Fewer late reportsReports overdue more than 30 days−30%

Targets are targets, not measured results or guarantees. Tracked with you during the 30-day support window and under a retainer after that.

§07In practice

Sample exchange.

Illustrative examples, not results from a client engagement.

You:How's the Spring Community Fund intake looking?

Agent:142 applications. 97 complete, 31 missing items (mostly the board list), 14 flagged as possibly ineligible: 9 outside the service area, 5 over the budget cap. Want the list of missing items to send to applicants?

You:Assign reviewers to the 97 complete ones.

Agent:Proposed: 3 reviewers each, balanced to about 24 per person. I skipped Dana for 4 applications where she's listed on the applicant's board. Confirm and I'll create the assignments.

You:Decline the 14 ineligible ones.

Agent:I can't make funding decisions. I've marked them 'eligibility review' for a program officer, with the reason for each.

§08Your environment

Built for your org.

  • We set it up around your programs, your eligibility rules, your review stages and your report schedule. It uses your terms ("Letters of Inquiry", "Cohort 2027") and works with whichever Nonprofit Cloud grantmaking setup you run. Staff only see the applications and awards their access allows.

Installed as a package in your org, source visible to your admin.

Scheduled checks use no Flex Credits. Chat actions can consume Flex Credits. Agentforce testing, including sandbox tests, can consume requests and credits. We confirm metering against your licences.
