What needs to change.
Inbound leads sit in a queue while someone works out whether the company is already a customer, whether the person is already a contact, and who owns the account. Your existing assignment rules may not include the account context or fallback your team needs. Duplicates slip through, and the rep who finally gets the lead has little context. Good leads go cold; bad leads waste time.
What it does.
- Checks each new lead the moment it arrives: is the company an existing account, is the person already a contact or lead, has anyone talked to them before
- Qualifies it against your criteria, country, company size, role, product interest, ICP tier, and flags what's missing
- Catches duplicates against existing Leads and Contacts and proposes merging or linking instead of creating another record
- Routes it using your rules: account owner first, then territory, queue or round robin
- Sends the new owner a short summary: who it is, what they did, the account history, and a suggested first message
- Suggests disqualification with reasons, but a person always makes that call

Outcomes we target.
| Outcome | How we measure it | Typical 90-day target, tracked with you |
|---|---|---|
| Faster hand-off | Median time from lead creation to owner assignment | Under 15 minutes |
| Leads reach the right owner | Leads reassigned by hand within 7 days ÷ routed leads | Under 10% |
| Fewer duplicates | New leads matching an existing Lead or Contact that were created anyway | −50% |
| Faster first touch | Median time from assignment to first activity | −30% |
Targets are targets, not measured results or guarantees. Tracked with you during the 30-day support window and under a retainer after that.

Agent (to rep in Slack):New lead for you: Sam Ortiz, Director of IT at Fabrikam (existing customer, your account). Downloaded the security guide yesterday; Fabrikam renewed in March. Fits your ICP: tier A2. Suggested opener attached.
You:Why did the Globex lead go to the queue instead of Marco?
Agent:Globex isn't an existing account and the country is Brazil, which isn't in any territory, so your fallback rule sent it to the LATAM queue. Want me to propose adding Brazil to Marco's territory for RevOps to review?
You:Disqualify all the student leads from yesterday.
Agent:I found 12 leads with student email domains. Here's the list with reasons. Confirm and I'll set them to Unqualified with reason 'Student', you can change any of them back.
Built for your org.
- We build on the routing you already have, your assignment rules, queues, territories and round-robin groups, and fill the gaps around them. Qualification criteria, duplicate checks and summaries use your fields and vocabulary. The agent only sees and changes what each user is already allowed to.
Installed as a package in your org, source visible to your admin.
Summaries and chat can consume Flex Credits. Agentforce testing, including sandbox tests, can consume requests and credits. We confirm metering against your licences.

Verified on 2026-10-28. Availability and licensing can change; we confirm them for your org.
If you already run a dedicated routing platform, you probably don't need this. If you've bought Agentforce for Sales and the SDR agent, this fills the matching, duplicate and hand-off gaps around it.
