What needs to change.
Questionnaires often repeat questions in slightly different words. Someone digs through old spreadsheets, copies an answer that may be out of date, and pings the security lead for the rest. It's slow, answers drift, and occasionally someone promises a certification or SLA you don't have.

- Takes a questionnaire as a spreadsheet or pasted rows and links it to the Opportunity or Account
- Matches each question to your approved answer library and drafts a response, citing the library entry it used
- Gives every answer a confidence level and routes low-confidence or unanswered questions to the right subject-matter expert
- Never writes new commitments: if there's no approved answer about an SLA, certification, price or legal term, it says so and asks an expert
- Tracks review and approval per question, then exports the finished answers back to a spreadsheet
- Learns from reuse: SME-approved new answers can be proposed for the library, and you see which answers are used most, and which are stale
