ICP & Lead Scoring

Lead and account scores your sales team can read and trust, built from your ideal customer profile, with a plain-language reason behind every score.

§03The problem

What needs to change.

Reps ignore lead scores because nobody can say what's behind them. Smaller or newer orgs can have limited conversion history for predictive scoring. Meanwhile marketing and sales argue about what a "good" lead is, and the ideal customer profile lives in a slide deck instead of in Salesforce.

§04The work

What it does.

  • Turns your ideal customer profile into clear, weighted rules: industry, size, region, role, product interest, whatever matters to you
  • Scores fit (who they are) and engagement (what they've done in Salesforce: campaigns, activities, forms) separately, then combines them into a tier such as A1 or C3
  • Scores Leads, Contacts and Accounts, so account-based teams see which target accounts are warming up
  • Writes a short reason on each record, for example: "Tier A2, target industry, 250–1,000 employees, VP title; two campaign responses this month"
  • Lets marketing and sales test rule changes against past conversions before switching them on
  • Answers questions like "why is this lead a B?" or "which A-tier accounts have gone quiet?"
§05Fixed scope

Price.

Prices in USD. Simple and Standard are fixed scope. Complex is scoped after the assessment.

Targets are targets, not measured results or guarantees. Tracked with you during the 30-day support window and under a retainer after that.

§07In practice

Sample exchange.

Illustrative examples, not results from a client engagement.

You:Why is Dana Lee at Contoso only a C2?

Agent:Fit is C: Contoso is in Retail, which isn't in your target industries, and 40 employees is under your 200 minimum. Engagement is 2: she attended last week's webinar and opened a pricing page link. If Retail should count, I can show what that change would do across all leads.

You:What happens if we add Retail as a secondary industry?

Agent:Testing on the last 12 months: 310 leads move up a tier; 18 of them converted, which would lower the top tier's conversion rate from 14% to 12%. Want me to send this to marketing ops for approval?

You:Make every lead from Acme an A1.

Agent:I can't override scores by hand, that would break the reasons on each record. I can propose a rule for named target accounts, which an admin approves.

§08Your environment

Built for your org.

  • Your ICP, your fields, your tiers and your words. We map the scoring to the fields you already have, including custom ones, and the reasons use your terminology. Scores are written to fields you can report on, route with and show anywhere in Salesforce.

Installed as a package in your org, source visible to your admin.

Rule-based scoring uses no Flex Credits. Chat and generated written reasons can consume Flex Credits. Agentforce testing, including sandbox tests, can consume requests and credits. We confirm metering against your licences.
