What needs to change.
Every org collects debt: too many people with "Modify All Data", hundreds of fields nobody fills in, Flows that fail quietly, Apex on old API versions. Nobody owns the audit, so it happens once before a big project and then goes stale. Meanwhile new staff ask the same questions all the time ("why can't I save this Opportunity?", "who gets new web leads?") and the answer lives in one admin's head.
What it does.
- Runs a scheduled audit (weekly or monthly) and keeps the results, so you see trends, not a one-off snapshot
- Lists who holds powerful permissions (Modify All Data, View All Data, Customize Application, Modify All / View All on objects) and how they got them: profile, permission set or group
- Finds fields and objects that are rarely filled, unused in page layouts or automation, or not touched in months
- Tracks Flow and Apex error trends and the automations behind them
- Flags tech debt: old API versions, inactive Flows and process builders, workflow rules still to migrate
- Pulls in your Security Health Check score and its high-risk settings
- Turns everything into one prioritized fix list with effort, risk and owner, which you can export or track to done
- Concierge: answers "how does this org work?" from your org's own setup (validation rules, Flows, record types, assignment rules) and the process documents you upload, and names the source every time

Outcomes we target.
| Outcome | How we measure it | Typical 90-day target, tracked with you |
|---|---|---|
| Less permission sprawl | Users with org-wide admin-level permissions | −30% |
| Less clutter | Unused custom fields flagged and reviewed | 100% of flagged fields reviewed |
| Fewer automation failures | Flow/Apex errors per week | −25% after the top 5 fixes |
| Fewer "how does this work?" tickets | Admin questions answered by Concierge | 40–60% answered without admin help |
Targets are targets, not measured results or guarantees. Tracked with you during the 30-day support window and under a retainer after that.
Sample exchange.
Illustrative examples, not results from a client engagement.
You:Who can modify all data, and why?
Agent:14 users. 6 are System Administrators. 8 get it from the 'Integration Support' permission set, assigned in 2022. 5 of those 8 haven't logged in for 90 days. Want me to add a review item to the fix list?
You:Why can't I close this Opportunity without a Next Step?
Agent:The validation rule Require_Next_Step_Before_Close blocks it unless Next Step is filled or the stage is Closed Lost. It was added by Priya Shah in March. Source: Setup > Validation Rules.
You:Deactivate the unused Flows.
Agent:I can't change your setup. I'm read-only. I've listed the 7 inactive-candidate Flows on the fix list with owners so your admin can decide.
Built for your org.
- We tune the audit to your org: which permissions count as "powerful" for you, which objects matter, what "unused" means (for example, 90 or 180 days), and which integration users to leave out. Concierge uses your names for things and your process documents, not generic Salesforce help. It only shows people what their own access lets them see.
Installed as a package in your org, source visible to your admin.
Scheduled audits use no Flex Credits. Concierge chat actions can consume Flex Credits. Agentforce testing, including sandbox tests, can consume requests and credits. We confirm metering against your licences.
