Native merge recovery depends on the losing record still being in Salesforce's Recycle Bin and may require restoring relationships.
- Org Health + Concierge schedules audits of permissions, unused fields, automation errors and tech debt, with a prioritized fix list. It answers “how does this org work?” from your own setup.
- A baseline data-health and org-health report at kickoff, with a further report after 90 days under a retainer.
- A ranked remediation backlog with owners for permissions and tech debt.
